Site management

As a main Contractor you play a critical role in ensuring Health and Safety on a construction site.

Under the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 (CDM 2015), contractors are responsible for managing and controlling construction work safely and effectively. This applies as soon as they are appointed to a project, and they must have the skills, knowledge, experience, and organisational capability to carry out the work without risk to health and safety.

Appointed Contractors

By fulfilling these duties, contractors help maintain a safe and compliant construction environment, protecting workers and the public while ensuring the project progresses smoothly. We can supply Appointed Persons to take responsibility in this role, and help ensure site safety.
